How do I shop?

HOW DO I REGISTER?
If this is the first time you’ve shopped here, you’ll need to register by entering your personal information into the form below and pressing the button “Purchase”. You’ll be automatically registered as a customer and you can continue with your purchase of the products you selected earlier.

If you’re already a registered user, you just need to enter your e-mail and password to continue with your purchase.

HOW DO I PURCHASE?
To confirm your order once your shopping cart is full and you’ve been identified as a registered user, click on “Purchase” or else go to the upper part of the screen with red background, and click on “Place order”. You’ll then go through three simple steps to make your purchase:

Step 1: Delivery details
Select the option you prefer to send your order which you’ll receive at the address you entered within the period indicated for each means of delivery.

Step 2: Payment means
Select credit card, or Paypal. You can choose Paypal whether you have a Paypal account or you want to start using this service today. You can sign up immediately and pay for your current order. Then you’ll have this service available for any future online payments you want to make.

Step 3: Confirm your order
Once you have read the general purchase conditions and confirmed your order, you’ll be redirected to a safe server, to the payment page according to the payment means you chose in the previous step. This page shows all your order options which you can modify by clicking the appropriate button for each information type.
The general purchase conditions are also available in the Information that is present throughout your browsing at the Mimótica Micola Boutique.

CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
After confirming your order, you’ll receive a message in the inbox related to your e-mail address. This message specifies the order number, the products requested, the total amount, delivery address and form of payment.

If you have any queries or any of these data are incorrect, please tell us as soon as possible at shop@mimoticamicola.com, attaching the confirmation message you received.
